Sera Gray BSW

Social Services Director

Our Social Services Director, Sera Gray, graduated from Northern Arizona University with her Bachelors in Social Work degree in 2006, and she has been a social worker in the Prescott area ever since. While she considers her roots to be in the Black Hills of South Dakota, she has called Prescott her home since 1998.

Sera has worked in various settings in social work, but the majority of her career has been in the medical field where she developed a passion for working with the geriatric population. She considers it an honor to provide support and guidance to our residents and their families.

When she’s not at work, Sera can be found chasing her two adorable children around. She also loves hiking, kayaking, getting lost in a good book, and finding a moment of peace and quiet on her yoga mat. You can reach Sera at socialservices@prescottrehab.com

Cynthia GoodsonCynthia Goodson
Health Information Specialist
Cynthia Goodson has worked in the Healthcare field since the year 2000. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a Skilled Nursing Facility where she was soon offered a job in the Health Information Department in 2003. Cynthia has been working in this field ever since. She has had the opportunity to work at several Skilled Nursing Facilities and an Acute Rehabilitation Hospital since starting her career in Health Information. Cynthia has enjoyed the challenges and excitement of learning the laws of this complex field. There are many people that steer away from this particular field, but for Cynthia and her personality, this is the perfect career.

Cynthia is married to a wonderful man and they have been blessed with a beautiful son who couldn’t be more perfect. As a family they like to stay active by enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, biking or simply going to a park. When Cynthia needs a little alone time she escapes to her hobby of jewelry making. This helps her clear her mind and relax. Cynthia Goodson can be reached at medrec@prescottrehab.com.
