Allen Schleicher, PT
Physical Therapist
Al has been a Physical Therapist since 1985. He graduated from University of Illinois. Early in his career, Al worked in hospitals and outpatient clinic settings. Since 1998 Al has been in the Prescott area working in skilled nursing facilities. He also received a degree in pharmacy from the University of Illinois in 1980. Al’s background in pharmacy is very beneficial for insight into patient care and understanding what is going on with the patient as a whole. Al is now full time at Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation, where he enjoys working with seniors with an emphasis on orthopedics. You can reach Al at therapy@prescottrehab.com.

Stephanie Hearn, CCC-SLP
Stephanie Hearn, CCC-SLP, is a clinically certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a foundation in the adult and geriatric rehabilitation. As a speech pathologist, Stephanie, is trained to treat oral motor, voice, swallowing, cognitive-linguistic, speech and language disorders resulting from a variety of neurological impairments including, but not limited to: strokes, progressive diseases, seizures, brain injuries, cancers and dementias. Stephanie has received additional training and certification in order to provide the most recent and evidenced-based treatments for voice, speech and swallow including Vitalstim and LOUD the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT).
