Linda Palmer RN, RAC-CT, NHA
Administrator
Linda palmer has been a licensed Nursing home administrator
since 1978. Along her many years in the long term care arena,
she has held several positions. Linda Palmer has not only worked
as a Nursing Home Administrator in her career, but has also held
the title of Assistant Director of Assurance and Licensure
Services at the Arizona Department of Health Services. Linda has
assisted several corporations in developing quality compliance
programs as a Long Term Care Nurse Consultant. She is also the
Corporate Compliance Nurse for Pioneer Health Group. Linda is a
proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys spending quality time
with her family and friends. Linda Palmer inspires those she

Cheryl Snowden
Social Services Director
Cheryl Snowden is Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s
Director of Admissions and Social Services. Cheryl was born and
raised in California. She has called Prescott her home for past
20 years. Cheryl has also worked as an Activity Director before
taking her current position in 2002. She loves spending time
with her family, which includes her grown son, traveling and
playing golf when she is not helping Prescott Nursing and

Heather Easterday
Assistant Administrator
HHeather Easterday has been a registered nurse since 2005.
Heather is the proud mother of 3 beautiful children. Heather and
her family love the outdoors. They spend a lot of time hiking
and swimming. Heather’s passion in nursing is caring for the

Cynthia
Goodson
Health Information Specialist
Cynthia Goodson has worked in the Healthcare field since the
year 2000. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a
Skilled Nursing Facility where she was soon offered a job in the
Health Information Department in 2003. Cynthia has been working
in this field ever since. She has had the opportunity to work at
several Skilled Nursing Facilities and an Acute Rehabilitation
Hospital since starting her career in Health Information.
Cynthia has enjoyed the challenges and excitement of learning
the laws of this complex field. There are many people that steer
away from this particular field, but for Cynthia and her
personality, this is the perfect career.
Cynthia is married to a wonderful man and they have been blessed
with a beautiful son who couldn’t be more perfect. As a family
they like to stay active by enjoying outdoor activities such as
hiking, biking or simply going to a park. When Cynthia needs a
little alone time she escapes to her hobby of jewelry making.

Charlotte Westling
Activity Director
Charlotte is a New England native who has been working in
Activities for 5 years in northern Arizona and the Phoenix area.
She started out as an assistant and progressed to Director.
Charlotte enjoys the enrichment and happiness that working with
the elderly has brought to her life. During her free time, she’s
a classical singer who enjoys performing, hiking, and spending

Sheron Brown LPN
Assistant Director of Nursing
Sheron Brown started her nursing career over 10 years ago. She
has worked in several areas of nursing that include; infection
control, wound care, geri-psych, rehabilitation and long term
care. Sheron also serves as our Clinical Director for Boulder
Gardens Assisted Living. She is the proud mother to 4 children.
Sheron and her family are very involved in the youth football.
